And everything I said about Miami applies too, particularly about ITAR and citizens protecting OUR border from foreign invaders.

On a side note, what’s with Ducey’s “9,000 pounds of surplus tactical equipment”?

Where are they getting these units of measurement from?

  1. Note that Quang Nguyen’s “secret identity” is as president of the ASRPA, the state NRA affiliate. A nice inside man to have.
    Ducey’s shipment wouldn’t have violated the law because the law is specific to guns seized by subdivisions (cities, towns, counties) and not the state itself.
    They probably just used the weight off the shipping invoice.
    Ducey was no great prize, but is irrelevant at this point anyway.
