This is another red herring.

Hairs are being split. Technically, they’re refugees. They should apply once they’ve “escaped,” not have carte blanche to traverse several countries so they can help themselves to the best thing on the menu.

Sorry, not sorry if I just don’t see this and most of these actions on the same level as the fundamental and constitutionally stipulated right of the people to keep and bear arms. Surprise me, Mr. President. Release something subtantial you’ve been putting together that just required setting your team in place to actualize before you could announce it.

The NeverEnding Story

Gun Owners of America (GOA), Gun Owners Foundation (GOF), and the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners, alongside plaintiff Heidi Bergmann-Schoch, have filed a lawsuit challenging New Jersey’s unconstitutional ban on possessing hollow point ammunition for self-defense outside the home. This is an important message from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. All FFLs should be aware that Machinegun Conversion Devices (MCDs) is a part, or a combination of parts, designed to modify a semi-automatic firearm so it is capable of firing automatically more than one shot by a single function of the trigger. These devices, often called switches, chips, auto sears are considered machineguns under the law. The possession, manufacture, and/or sale of machine gun conversion devices without proper licensing is a federal offense.

Please see the attach flyer which illustrates different Machinegun Conversion Devices (MCDs). These devices are defined as machineguns under the National Firearms Act, even when not installed.
