Look at the mob particpant demographics in the video.
This is no longer the melting pot American culture being pig-headedly referenced as a legitimate rebuttal by those who insist later generations will come to embrace 2A — as if the Republic has time to bet on that rigged game anyway.
The imprinting has already been done here. You’re not going to grow Founding principles out of this culture, or out of their next batch.
I recall a conservative poster on the site formerly known as twitter elevated to questionable prominence making the assertion that “the elites” (no narrowing it down, of course, it’s always those nebulous elites) just don’t care for the ideals of assimilation or some such framing. Is anyone better served by this downplaying? I doubt it.
