DOJ Says Machineguns Not Protected by 2nd Amendment and Silence of Gun Groups is Deafening

If machine guns aren’t protected, the Second Amendment is a dead letter and anyone who maintains otherwise is a fraud. [More]

It’s like they’re either afraid of offending the guy who owes them or they realize their own arguments are being used against them.

  1. Can it be that all significant 2A groups, or their ‘leadership’, are either compromised or believe their gravy trains will stop if they come on strong as to ‘shall not be infringed’?
Ultimately we’re, each of us, on our own.

    1. If you’d have asked me that a few months ago, I’d have said no, not GOA. But, after their recent, cheer leading commercial uh I mean video, cheering on blindly Trump’s first 100 days… I’m starting to wonder.

  2. I seem to remember a comment of the the judge in the 1934 Miller? v Illinois? cast concerning a sawed off shotgun.

Something on the order of they were not used by the military in combat so they are not protected by the 2nd amendment, that only military weapons were so protected.

    1. Sawed off shot guns make good breachers. That’s what Uncle Sam uses Mossbergs and Remingtons for.

  3. Not protected?………may be infringed at the will of .gov???????

There is far too little talk of defiance. There are FAR TOO MANY “rights” organizations that will ban you for talking defiance (just shut up and contribute serf!) j There is WWWAAAYYY too little talk of retribution. The political class should tremble in fear of the people.

Examples must be made……..we are being waited out, sold out and screwed.

    DEFY, DEFY, DEFY, DEFY…….F’ em!!!!!!

  4. We’re clearly in an existential battle for the freedom and liberty of all those who come to live here in the future after US. We owe it to them to keep the lanes clear of obstruction as was done for US by our able ancestor’s. I do wonder greatly why is only one gun group mentioning this travesty of historical justice?
