Don’t Count on Dems to Blow It

Remember the “Red Wave” that never happened?

What if it’s intentional?

Never forget Bill Clinton mentor Carroll Quigley:

“The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can ‘throw the rascals out’ at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy” (Georgetown University Professor Carroll Quigley, Tragedy and Hope, 1966.)

  1. Ahh, the phantasmagorical ‘red wave’, and how did the ‘Contract with America’ work out? Never rest, never blink. Tyranny sits at our doorsteps.

  2. Never seemed accidental to me that in 2016, the Republicans owned the House, the Senate, AND the White House… and still “couldn’t” deliver the simple reforms they promised gun owners (“it’s not the right time”).

  3. “The Swamp won’t drain easily.”

During my time with TPC*, you would commonly see a cartoon on the office wall saying something like “When you’re up to your ass in alligators it can be difficult to remember that your original mission was to drain the swamp.”

*TPC is taken from the movie “The President’s Analyst.” If you want to know what three letter agency really ran the world, watch the movie.
