Real estate professionals tell us that, in addition to good schools, and so forth, Republicans are asking to see houses in Republican neighborhoods, and Democrats are asking to be among other Democrats. In other words, the two nations that live in one country, and share a common heritage, but are diametrically opposed politically, are sorting themselves geographically by those very political leanings.

    Note the number of Northeastern liberals that moved to Florida and are now deciding to move out.

    So, no, I think we’re past the “Can’t we just get along?” stage.
