  1. As soon as I saw it was a federal judge perpetrated this miscarriage of justice I KNEW it was from the US Court in Tacoma. Its what they do there…….

    That nitwit judge lied when he talked about the “trap gun”. That was not a specially designed weapon, but an ordinary one on a stand or tripod, rigged to a tripline and cord such that anything coming along and tripping the cord would get shot, no person involved. These are, rightly, banned everywhere. Knucklehead thinks those are reason to ban a rifle too weak to be lawfully used for the taking of deer in Washington
