It’s not too much of a leap to anticipate the day when all of us can be sued and even criminally prosecuted for expressing pro-RKBA sentiments, just like those who express election doubt sentiments…

  1. I was scared witless. So, y’all owe me lots of dough and by the way the only way to avoid future trauma of this kind is to bar ownership and possession of personal weapons.
    A reasonable assignment judge would toss this suit with prejudice.

  2. An old line says that, in America, anyone can sue anyone for anything.

    I guess we’re seeing some people who are interested in testing that theory.

    If we were engineers, we’d be discussing “edge cases” and/or “corner cases”, like “Max q” trying to find places where a design doesn’t work.
