I was hoping some prominent voice in the gun adovcacy community would finally address how immigration demographics threaten 2A, but no such luck. Instead, we get Sonia Sotomayor disingenuously playing devil’s advocate for nationwide injunctions by asking what would happen if a president ordered gun bans and confiscations.
The answer wouldn’t be a legal one.
It hasn’t been done because they wouldn’t dare.

If a Democrat President did that and it were enjoined by a lower court, and an appeal on the injunction made it to SCOTUS, how would she vote? I’m pretty sure I know.
Leftists love having two different sets of rules, depending on whether something supports their agenda — everything is allowed if it does, nothing is allowed if it doesn’t.
