One wonders how they envision the “overturning” of the Second Amendment would come about and just exactly what that would accomplish.
I’m pretty sure it would take much more than a “Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Pretty cool!” executive order.
I’m also pretty sure they would uncork more of a sh*t storm than they’re prepared for, inside the legal system and without.
Unless they’re also planning on repealing the Law of Unintended Consequences.
