An Italian friend of mine, years ago when I asked him about the European Union, spat out in contempt that they were obviously fascists. And he was quite correct.
Even as the EU and authoritarians like Ursula von der Leyen proclaim their support for the values of democracy and freedom, they act in ways calculated to destroy those very things.
Honest people with nothing to hide do not attempt to censor their political and ideological opponents, nor do they act like de facto dictators as the present head of the EU is doing. Ms. von der Leyen may look like someone’s kindly grandmother, but she is in reality a traitor to her nation, people and civilization.
Censorship of speech is simply a prelude to censorship of the mind, of what we think. And free people retain the right to speak and think as they please, not withstanding the propaganda and disinformatzia from types such as von der Leyen. The flame of individual liberty burns brighter than ever, and the more the authoritarians try to snuff it out, the hotter it burns.
Does anyone have any questions about why the Anti Federalists refused to ratify the proposed constitution in 1789 unless a bill of rights was attached?
