The measure essentially ends the sale of all firearms in Oregon for the foreseeable future and bans the sales of most shotguns and all standard capacity magazines forever. If you’re an Oregon gun owner, consider this a muster call willingness test.
Odds are eventually this will be overturned as a 2A violation of the recent SCOTUS decision. Problem is it will take years to work through lawsuits and appeals. In the meantime the left will destroy a lot of lives using this POS law. Then once the law is struck down they will just DO IT AGAIN….because they can.
…or a “straw that broke the camel’s back” moment and move out of Oregon….
