    All that is true, but it is also true that FedGov has opted to sit on its hands while the country is effectively invaded. Are the states to stand down as well while we are overrun? The courts need to remember the the states created the Federal Government to do things that would be better done as a group. But what if the states see that the powers that they delegated to FedGov are not being used? Are they to sit on their hands as well?
