U.S. Code says “The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age,” so how it can then require 21 for handguns is one of those paradoxes that can only be explained by pointing out fraud.
Michael Bloomberg says “25”… if you’re a minority male.
And, of course, we know the goal is Democrats would rather see you dead first.

That may not be a fair metric since one party knows how to define genders. Still, it’s telling.
And it also illustrates why new gun owners are nothing to crow about.

I also note this appears to address “homicides,” which aren’t always unjustified, and presumably include suicides.
