What happened to Bryan Malinowski is not an isolated incident. It is part of a growing pattern of KGB-style behavior by U.S. federal law enforcement agencies. Let me mention briefly just a few other cases. [More]
It’s not fair to judge them until you’ve goose-stepped a mile in their jackboots.
It does kind of answer the question “What do you need a weapon of war for?”

No Charges in Deadly ATF Arkansas Home Raid [More]
Did anyone seriously think there would be?
Those whose Constitutional mandate is to not infringe on it executed a citizen for exercising his right. Their pretext, that some of his sales allegedly went to “prohibited persons,” is a fraudulent excuse because there is no delegated power authorizing the whole concept.

ATF has not released footage from Body Worn Cameras (BWC) the agents are required to use… The second video shows agents approaching the front door of the home where one officer applies what appears to be tape to obscure the doorbell camera on Malinowski’s home. [More]
A Jeff Cooper quote comes to mind:
I have been criticized by referring to our federal masked men as “ninja” … Let us reflect upon the fact that a man who covers his face shows reason to be ashamed of what he is doing. A man who takes it upon himself to shed blood while concealing his identity is a revolting perversion of the warrior ethic. It has long been my conviction that a masked man with a gun is a target. I see no reason to change that view.

In the heavily redacted warrant affidavit, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives claims that Bryan Malinowski purchased numerous firearms that he resold without a firearm dealer’s license. [More]
So… he was exercising his birthright?
If that doesn’t warrant an early morning raid scaring the hell out of a man they knew to be armed into thinking his home was being invaded, I don’t know what does!
