Biden’s Secret ‘Pillars’ Sought to Smear 2A Supporters as Domestic Terrorists

They didn’t want you to know that owning guns and advocating for the Second Amendment officially made you a terror suspect while they conducted a propaganda campaign to convince low-information voters that’s exactly what you are. The intent here is to impose citizen disarmament edicts on the entire Republic similar to what we find in Democrat states that have given up on the Second Amendment, and as we see in those states, what they’ve enacted is never enough. [More]

They’ve called us Nazis, fascists, racists, and “the greatest threat,” all with intent to disarm us. Why not add “terrorist” to the list?

Who’s Minding the Store? DOJ Siding with Letitia James Against Gun Companies

So, what gives with Podolsky’s very public filing, siding with notorious New York Democrat gun prohibitionists? And will AG Bondi and her new appointees now rein him in and slap him down? [More]

We’ve seen enough disconnects to make it fair to wonder if Bondi is being undermined or if she’s just talking out of both sides of her mouth.

UPDATE

I’ve submitted an update to this piece because, per GOA, DOJ reversed itself and is withdrawing from the case. If they’da listened to me from the start and included gun owner reps in their Task Force, they’d eliminate much of the uproar and embarrassing need to backtrack.

Kristol Attack on ‘Trumpism’ is Ultimately Self-Defeating for His Useful Idiot Followers

While anyone dumb enough to believe in and follow his Democrat operative noisemaking can certainly be described by the old Soviet pejorative “useful idiot,” the term “Judas goat” seems more appropriate for him. [More]

A Bit Late on That Alert

I signed up for emails to help keep track of how my work is spreading.

Being told of articles from 10 years ago is hardly helpful. Then again, it’s all in the algorithm.

Anyway, “mystery” eventually solved:

Ranger John Woychowski… said he left the gun, a .40-caliber Sig Sauer P239 that served as his secondary duty weapon, in a holster inside a backpack stashed under the front seat of his SUV parked on The Embarcadero near Pier 5 while the family went to dinner. The backpack also contained his badge and law enforcement credentials.

In fairness, he did talk to a meter maid…

Task Force’s Exclusion of Gun Owner Advocates Means Continuing DOJ Disappointments

Gun rights leaders and legal scholars could be identified and nominated to analyze and prioritize bills, lawsuits, regulations, opportunities, and threats, to advise on judicial and other federal nominees, and to help educate the public. [More]

Leaving the people most affected out of the discussion means they’ll end up being told instead of asked. Or as one comment poster notes, “If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu.”

New Bump Stock Ban: Fitzpatrick Gets Away with Gun Grabs Because Republicans Allow It

The GOP needs to understand, in no uncertain terms, that embedded Democrats are unacceptable, and the Party must do a better job of reining in politicos who want to go left. [More]

Donald Trump should instruct Party shakers and movers to find an acceptable replacement and give enemy-in-the-gates Fitzpatrick the boot.

There’s a New Kid in Town

As announced last week, the May/June issue, with my first column,
“‘Gun Owners for Trump’ Should be More than Campaign Window Dressing,” is available now at diverse and inclusive newsstands throughout the Republic, and by scrolling down to page 73 at the above link.

I appreciate the opportunity to reach a new readership. I invite you to check it out and let them know what you think.

DOJ Investigation into California Gun Law Patterns and Practices Should be Expanded

A new request for DOJ investigation has been filed detailing Second Amendment and civil rights violations inherent in Illinois’ Firearms Owner Identification card (FOID) requirement. [More]

They showed deliberate indifference to the first civil rights complaint. Perhaps an adjusted attitude will allow them to consider this one.

Do You Know Who I Am? Anti-Gun Mayor Busted for DUI

It’s not hyperbole to conclude this drunk’s “passion” includes denying her countrymen God-given rights enshrined in a document she swore an oath to uphold. [More]

Who wants to submit their rights to the control of elitist reprobates who can’t– or won’t — control themselves?

Current Wild Swings of the Gun Control Pendulum

Replacing Joe Biden’s Office of Gun Violence Prevention with an Office of Second Amendment Protection, with liaison members like new ATF Chief Counsel Leider, would mean no more surprises, no more cognitively dissonant legal positions, and no more disheartening gun owner who are feeling used, abandoned and betrayed. [More]

All this back-and-forth has got to stop.

Democrat ‘Civil War’ Means Party and Its Demands on Guns Will Move Farther to the Left

While the country as a whole may not be ready for an AOC White House bid, a potential coalition builder like Wes Moore is another matter altogether. [More]

They’re looking for someone even the radicals won’t attack. And counting on Republicans to blow it in the midterms through to ’28…

A Tale of Two Revolutions

In Contrasting Ideals, Faria not only introduces us to key “players” in both revolutions, like Maximilien Robespierre and other Reign of Terror figures like Jean-Paul Marat, whose differences with “Founding Fathers” like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson could not have been more pronounced. For rebellions that seemingly had so much in common at the outset, the goals of those driving them were antithetical. [More]

If you’re not familiar with the teachings of Dr. Miguel A. Faria, Jr., you’ve denied yourself the opportunity of learning from the best. If you are familiar, do yourself a favor by reading this, and your friends a favor by then recommending it to them.

Justice Department Punts on Complaint against Compromised Anti-Gun Judge

Yet despite clear evidence of bias, thanks to a U.S. Department of Justice official policy of deliberate indifference, such judges will remain on the bench. [More]

What’s that John F. Kennedy quote about making peaceful revolution impossible…?

AAR Redux

In this episode of Armed American Radio, host Mark Walters discusses various topics surrounding Second Amendment rights, including the role of the ATF, legal challenges, and the implications of recent legislation such as Oregon’s Measure 114. The conversation also touches on the Aikens Accelerator case, expectations from Pam Bondi’s office, and the potential impact of Trump’s executive orders on gun rights. The episode features insights from David Codrea, a long-time contributor, who shares his perspectives on the current state of gun rights and the challenges faced by advocates. [Listen]
