A Fly in the Ointment?

Now that he says he’s filed, will an investigation be forced? There’s nothing in the news about this, just his Facebook post. It’s probably too early to fantasize about Casey Putsch being declared winner of the primary by Ramaswamy’s disqualification…

And as much as I’d like to see if there’s any there there, I gotta ask: Is he onto something big that’s being suppressed by the powers that be, or just an obsessed gadfly with issues?

It’s not that the concept of preemption is beyond the Republican-dominated court.

Since these judges are elected, I’ll need to find out who voted how, and see how that measures up to BFA grades. Unless one of you wants to find that for us, ’cause it may take me a while.
