How Can We Be Expected to Know Who NOT to Persecute?

This Court enjoined Defendant from enforcing the challenged federal criminal and regulatory provisions as to the organizational Plaintiffs, but Defendant does not know to whom the injunction applies because membership information is exclusively within the possession and control of the organizational Plaintiffs, who do not want to share it with the federal government. Neither Rain, Nor Snow, Nor Government Bans…

In granting summary judgment in favor of SAF, the court granted both declaratory and injunctive relief, declaring the ban unconstitutional and preventing its enforcement for the plaintiffs, including SAF members. Originally filed in June 2024, the lawsuit challenges the ban on firearms carry in U.S. Post Offices and on postal property. SAF is joined in the case, FPC v. Bondi, by the Firearms Policy Coalition and two private citizens. [More]

So, all of these?

And for all of us or just “plaintiffs, including SAF members”?

Why did “pro-gun” Pam Bondi have to be sued? Why didn’t she stand down, or better, denounce the ban and side with plaintiffs?

And will she appeal?

UPDATE

I’m reminded of the way things used to be, and that reminds me of a family story.

I had an uncle who was a former Marine (WWII AND Korea) who ran the Post Office at Camp Pendleton. One day a general came in who had risen through the ranks and my uncle had been his sergeant when he had started out. The general greeted him warmly and couldn’t praise him enough for what his leadership had meant to him as the two brothers in arms with mutual loyalties recalled old times.

How many packages do you think were stolen from that facility?

And what are the differences between then and now?

“It’s a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world, except for Lola”? Think again. All this wokeness has resulted in some absurd unintended consequences.
