  1. Yes, parents CAN refuse to “send their child back”. Home schooling is legal in all fifty states.

    Some of these parents need to band together and FORCE da gummit to deal with the illegal foreign invaders. WHY are they continuing to take up residnce inside the schools? Arrest them, charge them with breaking and entering, and deport them. WHY do our overpaid officials coinstantly refusing to use the tools they have to deal with this situation? Sure, dopey Hoey wants us to coddle and tolerate these invaders, but he cannot FORCE us to set aside all the other laws we still have in effect.
