  1. Suggested for each and every state, county, municipality: Quorum of voters registered in a district holding an election: 66%. Majority of the quorum needed to approve any constitutional amendment, bond / debt issuance, or public question: 66%. Damned tired of elections with 10% of registered voters voting and saddling me with untenable debt, costs of living, and/or more restrictions on my sphere of activities.
