WoG highlights the propensity of too many cops to execute too many troublesome but not really life threatening individuals.
Too many of those trigger happy dispensers of death still wear the badge/talisman of immunity. This guy will likely get sentence reduced on appeal. For reasons unknown the case of two Houston cops executing a pencil wielding guy in a wheelchair sticks in mind. Those cops are probably now command staff (its been a few years).
