Funny how some people are all about making lists of others but recoil from the idea of being on one.
In many jurisdictions, the ownership of real property is a matter of public record UNLESS the owner is in one of several protected professions. So start with a list of all property, delete the properties where the ownership is listed in public records, and dig from there.
