  1. I’m not a lawyer though I know a few big words and a few lawyers. Maybe one of ’em will explain the concept of “retroactively” barring what appear to be absolutely clear damage claims.
    But then I hold what I’m told are outdated, outmoded and unrealistic ideas about government agents being held to account and subject to personal penalties for extra-legal and illegal activities.
