A Question of Guilt

Mark McCloskey, Pardoned for Brandishing Guns at Protesters, Can’t Get the Guns Back [More]

And the legal technicality cited will serve what legitimate state interest?

  1. Moral of the story?

Have “truck gun”. An old but functional “beater” that you wouldn’t shed a tear over if it was confiscated never to be returned.

Leave that WWI veteran M97 trench gun in the safe and cover the “mostly peaceful protesters” with a Norinco clone or one you had made from a well used 100 year old duck gun.
