  1. well if I owned a gun store and some guy came in and wanted a job, I’d sure like to get a background check on the guy to make sure he’s NOT a felon who cannot touch firearms. But since I can’t do that, I guess I’d have to wait till BTF nips round and randomly decides to run checks on my employees, then bust ME for enabing a felon to be in conrol of arms in MY store.
The more I see, the more I despise BATF. Its “almost’ as if they want to set up as many saps as possible for them to bust.. to get their own scores up higher.

And WHY can’t I, as an FFL sho amongst ALL people are not supposed tto be selling stolen guns, access the stolen guns list when I am taking something in on trade, or buying outright> Pawnshops, too. WHY? Again its alost like they WANT to set us u to break their laws then bust US, the innocents. If I have a gun that had ben stolen, and no way of finding that out, resell that gun to some oher poor unuspecting sap, HE gets found with it, however that happens, and then gets charged with possession of stolen firearm, that WILL also come back on ME. Never mind the legal troubles, I don’t want to put anyone else at such risk. Yet tey deny me the safeguard of being able to check.

    Justice, or just us?
