Glad to know I’m not the only one who sees a 2A tie-in.
Maybe he could work on the ones who don’t.

The administration should use what it can control as leverage over what it cannot. The president is at the apex of his power in deciding which foreigners to admit. This is true from both a legal and practical standpoint. He should issue a proclamation under 8 U.S.C. 1182(f) declaring that no new immigrants will get in until everyone who should be deported is gone. [More]
I like it, but why are we talking about this on a “gun blog”?

She’s all for “due process” unless it means guns will be taken away without a trial and conviction. (And what’s with politicians passing laws that affect us all pre-censoring comments that might oppose them?)

Funny, how she’s bent on imposing the same monopoly of violence tyranny her parents fled Iran over on the country that gave them refuge.

Portland police chief Bob Day issued a community letter on Jan. 28, proudly affirming Portland’s unconstitutional sanctuary city policies, announcing his determination to flout federal law enforcement arresting criminal illegal aliens, and therefore publicizing as much as possible his corruption and illegal activities. Considering that ICE is currently focused on deporting the most dangerous illegal alien criminals, including murderers and child rapists, this begs the question why Day is so desperate to protect such evil people. “I want to speak directly to people who are undocumented: we love you. We care about you,” Frey, a Democrat, said at a press conference. “In the city of Minneapolis, we will stand up for you and we will do anything in our power to help because you’re not an alien; in our city, you’re a neighbor.” [More]
The ones he hates are American citizens who believe they have the right to protect themselves from criminal invaders and other predators empowered by his neoMarxist treason.

Brace yourselves. The deportation efforts will get hotter…I would not put it past the criminal illegals to use innocents as shields or hostages. Think typical Hamas embeddings among civilians, etc. [More]
Who wants to bet the victims won’t primarily be Sanctuary City Democrats who vote for “commonsense gun safety laws”?
This could go a lot of ways, including open fighting in cities. It may take an example with one of the newly-designated “foreign terrorist organizations” to get some to rethink that.

Just going forward? Millions are already here and coming of voting age. Since there’s no precedent to make it retroactive and there’s a Constitutional proscription against are ex post facto laws, I question if this is something they can just do by decree without years of legal challenges.
