Free… and Clear?

BREAKING: TATE ADAMIAK PARDONED – President Trump pardoned Patrick “Tate” Adamiak and several others Friday. [More]

That’s great news and it would not have happened if 2A groups did not have influence with the president, something we need to make sure continues into the next administration and beyond. Lee Williams deserves special recognition for keeping this story at the forefront of gun owner concerns.

I hope everybody gives him his space now so he can reintegrate with his family and his life.

Anybody know if this means he can buy a gun again?

UPDATE

That last paragraph doesn’t apply in Adamiak’s case, but unless I’m reading it wrong, it looks like it should say “seek STATE firearms relief.”

Attention-Getting

Tate Adamiak has been in prison longer under President Trump than under Biden [More]

In fairness, how many of the thousands I have shared Lee’s work with here and on social media have added their voices to those asking for a pardon? The only comment I got to this was an excuse for not helping.

If a wheel squeaks and no one hears it does it make a difference?

Yet another reason why I’ve been calling for Task Force consulting participation. Why I appear to be the only one is another story.

A Key Figure

Matthew Hoover has been released from a federal prison in Wisconsin after serving nearly three years of a five-year sentence for trafficking machine guns. He is now headed to a halfway house to serve out the remainder of his conviction. [More]

Google AI says this about the snitch:

Where the hell is Harmeet Dhillon? Task Force exclusivity strikes again in another bout of bipolarity.

Or is it? Everybody realizes what the “law-abiding citizens” qualifier allows, right? Hey, if you don’t like it, vote out Blue State Democrats! Until then, obey.

Meanwhile, if Trump can pardon Henry Cuellar:

Why does Hoover have to remain hostage another two years?

A Speed-y Trial

Virginian Hatchet Speed STILL Fighting Preposterous J6-related “Silencer Possession” Conviction Despite Being Pardoned By President Trump [More]

The title confused the hell out of me. I haven’t been following this case– I guess Hatchet Speed is the guy’s name…?

What, is it a nickname or his real one? I suppose I could just Google it

Not exactly the kind of guy I want to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with, but I guess if you can get him on arms charges you can get me.

Pick Your Attacker

If there is one Lawfare operative who has escaped scrutiny for her corrupt endeavors, it would be Mary McCord. More than any other Lawfare operative within Main Justice, Mary McCord sits at the center of every table in the manufacturing of cases against Donald Trump. [More]

If she’s pardoned she won’t be able to refuse testifying to Congress. The least risky course may be to just let things drag on in court and hope for a Democrat turnaround in ’28.

Because if I were her and got a pardon, I’d be hiding inside behind security.

Forgive and Forget

By Pardoning Hunter, Joe Biden Covers Up His Own Influence-Peddling Crimes [More]

Who else will he pardon on his way out?

That’s another reason why they keep him propped up in office, because a pardon issued by someone who is not competent to issue it would hardly be legal.

In other words, the president’s not pardoning them, his handlers are.
