An Armed New York: the New York Young Republican Club Stands for the 2nd Amendment [More]

You guys are going to have to do more than “wishing” and teaching your members how to comply with infringements.

And before virtue signaling “Legal immigration is beneficial to America,” you might want to check the numbers on how they vote, because 60% Democrat to 15% Republican sure doesn’t sound that way.

About Those Tangling Alliances

“In light of the compelling and urgent testimony provided, I respectfully urge you to immediately clarify that the United States does not tolerate, facilitate, or participate, in negotiations over genocide, and to publicly inform Azerbaijan that unless it immediately lifts its blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh, the U.S. will take action through the United Nations to refer the matter to the International Criminal Court for investigation and prosecution,” Smith wrote to President Biden in a Thursday letter. [More]

Involve us with the UN in foreign enforcement interventions involving a nation having “closest friendship and trust links” with Russia, meaning add more pressure to tensions ready to explode over Ukraine, and at the same time undermine that which the Founders knew to be “necessary to the security of a free State” enough to get endorsed by the Brady PAC

Chris Smith of New Jersey: For Democrat economic and immigration policies and also endorsed by Gabby Giffords!

What a steaming load.

Remember that when you get solicitations from WIN Red for other candidates.

Forced Reset Trigger Ruling Enabled by Senate Republicans

In Morrison’s case, we find, unsurprisingly, she’s a Democrat and a Joe Biden appointee. We also find that “The U.S. Senate confirmed Morrison on June 8, 2022, on a vote of 53-46.” That was close. And it means Republicans had to vote to confirm her. Which Republicans? [More]

With “Republicans” like Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, Lisa Murkowski, and Mitt Romney, who needs Democrats?

Making It Personal

…Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert signed an executive order banning all firearms on city property … This executive action was taken following a move by the city council to strike the previous city ordinances on firearms. This was done to comply with the new statewide preemption law that takes effect on Saturday, along with constitutional carry. [More]

And naturally, “The only exceptions to this order are for law enforcement, contracted security personnel, recreational shotgun use at the Harry A. Koch Trap & Skeet facility, and those granted exemption by the Chief of Police.”

This is why claiming to be a Republican can never be enough.

I guess if hubby couldn’t be trusted with a gun, you can’t, either. Or is it bad form to point that out, even if it looks like she moved on soon enough?

You want to cry foul, cry foul.

I owe no sympathy to someone who demands I obey their terms of surrender or else and put my life and the lives of those I love at risk.

And you’ll note NRA didn’t dare tell you about this.

It’s a Feature, Not a Bug

It should be more than obvious that the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act that credulous GOP Senator John Cornyn shepherded into law along with Connecticut’s Chris Murphy was nothing but a stalking horse for expanding the federal government’s regulation of firearms. [More]

Is “folly” the right word here?

Hey Everybody, Look At Me!!!

GOP presidential candidate calls for stronger gun background checks
Former GOP Rep. Will Hurd said fellow Republicans are worried about the political ramifications if they support gun control measures [More]

I guess “former” and “political ramifications” don’t register with this dolt. He didn’t qualify for the debate so he’s gotta get attention somehow.

Figures he had an “A”-rating from NRA.

‘Ghost Gun’ Piece Hardly the First National Review Second Amendment ‘Fail’

What’s harder to know is why any gun owner who believes in rights as articulated by the Founders would give defeatist and wrong-headed frauds the time of day, let alone be influenced by their equivocations. [More]

I wouldn’t look to these people for freedom.

Advance to the Rear!

The BSCA was passed last summer over the NRA’s objections, with proponents congratulating themselves on their “bi-partisan” achievement. [More]

So how many “staunch supporters of the Second Amendment” are you goin g to down-rate?

And posturing now only obscures the fact that when the asteroid was still in nudging distance, you weasels were giving cover to your pet Quislings with a spineless “framework” excuse.

Hopalong Vichycon

Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., predicted that former President Donald Trump would lose the 2024 general election against President Biden and urged Trump to drop out of the race. Cassidy made the comments during a Sunday appearance on CNN and added that he thinks any other candidate in the Republican primary field is better suited to defeat Biden. [More]

“Any other candidate”?

Siding with the swamp again, I see…

This is what an “A+” rating gets you.

I’d ask where the Republican Party finds such treasonous, self-defeating morons were he the exception instead of the rule.

Excuse Me While I Go on a Rant

Georgia man finds squatters in his home, calls police, gets arrested for home invasion [More]

Sounds like a case for justifiable use of force to me. The “Only Ones” who would stop it are the ones whose sole purpose is “to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”

Without that there is no consent of the governed.

I’m particularity sensitive to the state favoring parasites because this happens to coincide with my receiving a letter from the county mandating a huge increase in my property taxes. So allow me to segue into something tangentially related.

For a supposedly Republican state, all my reps from City Council on up sure are quiet about this. I went looking for organized tax protesters and the closest thing I could find was an Ohio Tea Party Facebook group with fewer followers than I have that’s totally focused on Donald Trump memes.

The one state senator I did find offering a tepid way to recalculate reappraisals and focused on farms was sabotaged by Republican “leadership.” I’m thinking it was probably all noise anyway, because I see the same “conservative” co-sponsored SENATE BILL 54, to “Establish the New African Immigrants Grant and Gift Fund.”

The GOP is tone deaf. And suicidal.

Maybe back up all that tough talk with some action that will make a difference…?

Meanwhile, the cheap labor dolts running the RNC are focused on making soothing noises to a state they’ve already hopelessly given away. The fools think it will make the DSM stop calling them racists.

Good thing this has nothing to do with that “single issue.” And I have that on good authority.
