  1. Any chance any of the 56 would have passed in the Massachusetts of 1789?

    If not, they’re going to have a problem with Bruen.

    The terms “paradigm shift” and “disruptive” come to mind. Eventually the Progressives will adjust to the post Bruen world or they’ll get it overturned.

    I’d say its about 50/50 either way.

    1. They are depending on at least 56 lawsuits taking many years to work their way through the court system. Then they will just pass more.
