  1. “They don’t have fingerprints?”

Actually, I know one person who doesn’t.

    😉

I had one heck of a time getting my CCW approved. My wife, daughter, and I took the class at a gun show. They were all set up to submit the ‘paperwork’ electronically. The ‘laptop looking’ digital machine ’bout had a nervous breakdown trying to read my prints. The off duty FPL trooper working it was at a loss for words. I had to go to city hall to get it done the old ‘card and ink’ way. Then CGPD had to submit a waiver saying what was on the card was the best that could be done given that my fingers just wouldn’t cooperate. Damn but that ink is hard to get off! With all the extra hoops in the way I got my CCW about a month after my wife and daughter got theirs since they got all the ‘paperwork’ done electronically at the gun show. Sometimes the tech stuff works. Sometimes it sux.

But I did get it. A kill is still a kill.

  2. They don’t have fingerprints?

Sure, they do! But that would be considered “exonerating evidence” that the prosecution is not required to disclose to the judge or jury.

The real problem is that they still choose to take cases to trial, knowing that their case will be blown to bits with this one simple bit of irrefutable evidence. And knowing that they face zero consequences for doing it.
