This isn’t the first conehead who tried to pass himself off as a subject matter expert…

Notes from the Resistance
But Howland told Action News Jax he’s learned that same month, private security guards working the entrance of two city buildings allegedly began keeping a list of people who entered with firearms. He claimed those alleged lists were kept at both City Hall and the Yates Building, which houses the Tax Collector and Property Appraiser’s Offices. “They were asked to document their first name, last name, contact information and the type of firearm they were carrying,” said Howland. Florida law prohibits the creation of lists of gun owners. [More]

“It’s time to kill him. This moment is why the Second Amendment exist,” he declared in another.” [More]
So, just what was he demanding from all the Demanding Moms who endorsed him, and who evidently believe “gun violence” is just fine against their political enemies?

I look at the crime map over at Neighborhood Scout and my older brother and sister and I played safely and happily in what is now labeled one of the “most dangerous” neighborhoods.

A shocking interview revealed that active duty service members got in the way of a Colorado raid that ended in the arrest of over 100 illegal aliens, with a DEA agent explaining that soldiers were acting as armed security for dangerous gang members in a drug-filled underground nightclub. [More]

Who are the ones who voted against it?
Seems to me the only ones who would be are the ones who just want to blame and ban guns, and maybe also are incentivized keep the lawsuits focused on gun manufacturers as opposed to Big Pharma and the head shrink/”gender reassignment” industry.

The DOJ filed the reports to convince Judge Aileen Cannon to allow the prosecution to present evidence of Routh’s prior convictions to a jury—ostensibly to demonstrate that Routh knew he was a felon who wasn’t allowed to possess a gun when he tried killing Trump last September. [More]
Like that ever stops anybody.
Further bolstering the “prohibited persons” concept hardly advances “shall not be infringed.” Those who have been so designated need to be either enfranchised or contained.

Because, despite doing good things, DOJ is still bipolar.

I don’t care if a racist traitor is stupid. He’s still a traitor.
Although some are counting on him being both.
As usual, the Democrats try to lie their way out of their treasonous failures.
Stephen Stamboulieh brings us some good news about Pam Bondi and DOJ doing something necessary and good by filing a brief in support of the Second Amendment, noting Hawaii trying to ban guns on private property without specific owner permnission effectively equates to a gun ban practically everywhere. This is a hopeful sign and we need to see more like this.
The challenge is another example of great legal navigation and piloting by Alan Beck.
As an aside, this is how “guntubing” ought to be, a subject matter authority articuately sharing knowledge and guidance, as opposed to mansplaining the work of others for clicks.
And pay attention to this, @ 7:15 in:
The Ninth Circuit needs to be broken up as a court. It’s too big, it’s way too powerful, and it does some really stupid things that we’re going to talk about in my 7 o’clock live tonight where I just lost $400,000 in that case.
That’s something we’ve talked about before.
