Do You Come from a Land Down Under?

Trust the science!

The most recent example is the Supreme Court of New South Wales upholding a conviction for ‘vilification’ after women’s rights campaigner Kirralie Smith and the publication Binary Australia referred to two transgender individuals as men due to their biological sex. That led not only to $95,000 in fines but also to a sentence of compelled speech. [More]

For it’s ‘Hi! Hi! Hee!’ for Gender Identity!

[The] DC Court of Appeals in a 2 to1 decision said, indeed, that … President Trump’s policies of excluding transgenders from the military and not allowing them to serve, that this was unconstitutional and illegal. [Watch]

It Just Doesn’t Matter

Minnesota has red flag laws…. But because the killer’s family affirmed his mental illness, there was nothing a gun shop could do. So unless you’re prepared to make transgenderism a diagnosed mental illness, none of that will matter. [More]

Not that red flag laws would stop a determined psycho predator from victimizing others, and the law that would work has zero chance of being enacted.

I’m actually drafting an article about a Democrat school district in California (is there any other kind?) that is taking steps to legally classify objectors as the ones with mental problems. Stay tuned.
