I got up today bursting to get to work.

I suspect if I ever get through to one I’ll only understand about a third of the words, which I also understand makes me a Nazi.

Suffice it to say I have a greater understanding of resentment against highly rewarded CEOs who preside over such customer-hostile after-purchase ways to make getting simple help such a labyrinthine Catch-22.
