I might be willing to wait until they’re charged.
In budget address, Gov. Mills takes swipe at gun safety citizen initiative [More]
Before celebrating this as a Road to Damascus conversion, keep in mind her preferred due process violation for disarming citizens relies on “Only Ones” (yellow flag) not family members (red flag). What struck me more than that:
Maine is the only state to have a yellow flag law, which Mills helped draft with help from the pro-gun Sportsmans Alliance of Maine.

Boston police detective charged with drunk driving after Brookline crash… McKeown was swearing at the other driver and blaming him for the accident… He initially refused when officers attempted to conduct field sobriety tests and stated “Trooper, do you understand who I am?” [More]
What an @$$hole. Can you imagine being at this oinker’s mercy, especially after he’s had a few?
I’m a firm believer that how a person behaves when drunk does not excuse them, but instead shows what they’re really like with the filters removed.

“We’ve been arguing for years that Mansur was unarmed and was shot in the back and killed in cold blood. And today, a federal jury of nine unanimously agreed with us,” Dennis’ attorney, Javad Khazaeli, said. Officers involved were not charged. [More]

San Luis Obispo officer attempts to board plane with loaded gun

Let’s see:
I could do this all day.
So why does the “Only One” story say “Investigators ultimately allowed the SLO officer to board the flight to Denver”…? Or did I just answer my own question?

Portland police chief Bob Day issued a community letter on Jan. 28, proudly affirming Portland’s unconstitutional sanctuary city policies, announcing his determination to flout federal law enforcement arresting criminal illegal aliens, and therefore publicizing as much as possible his corruption and illegal activities. Considering that ICE is currently focused on deporting the most dangerous illegal alien criminals, including murderers and child rapists, this begs the question why Day is so desperate to protect such evil people. A former police detective in Kansas left five suicide letters before fatally shooting himself as he was about to stand trial last month over allegations that he sexually assaulted and terrorized vulnerable Black women for decades, investigators announced Tuesday…The 71-year-old was facing six felony counts of violating women’s civil rights. Prosecutors say he preyed on female residents in poor neighborhoods, demanding sexual favors and sometimes threatening to harm or jail their relatives if they refused. [More]
Thus ends the saga…
So, what did the letters say?

We have just been informed by the Childress Police Department that the loaded magazine found on the junior high playground this afternoon by one of our students belongs to a Childress police officer who was conducting canine training this morning at 4am before school. In that area of the practice field, the magazine accidentally fell from his service belt. The district wants to make the public aware that at no time were students or staff in danger. [More]
Well, it’s official. Unsecured loaded magazines don’t pose a danger to children– if they come from the “Only Ones.”
We still want to ban yours.
