We’re the Only Ones Instigating Enough

Video evidence recently released by House speaker Mike Johnson, combined with many videos taken by participants during the January 6, 2021 demonstrations on Capitol Hill, now suggest strongly that the violence was instigated by the DC police, not the January 6th demonstrators, who until then had been peaceful. Now just hold the damn phone there a second… whatever happened to take your beating and like it?

We’re the Only Ones Cowardly Enough

An NYPD officer caught on video standing by and watching as a lieutenant was ruthlessly beaten on a subway car by two men in the Bronx was put on desk duty and had his gun taken away, officials said. [More]

What about repercussions when they let worse happen to “civilians”? Anything ever happen to Terrence Howell, who took credit for a takedown he hid from while a citizen with the fighting skills to ultimately prevail was being stabbed?

With the Coward of Broward and Uvalde, and with citizens being arrested tor getting involved to protect others, who in their right mind would Back the Yellow?

Bleaters, Traitors, Oath-Breakers, and Tools for Tyranny

The bills prohibit anyone convicted of a misdemeanor domestic violence offense from owning a firearm or ammunition for 8 years following the payment of all related fines and completion of incarceration or probation conditions. [More]

But we can otherwise trust him without a custodian because we all know prohibited persons won’t be able to get guns, right?

The other oft-overlooked point: Exaggerated or outright false vengeance charges can be made and people who are overwhelmed can be pressured into a misdemeanor plea to get the threat of more and more severe charges off their backs — especially if they’re of limited means and don’t understand their rights and where they can go for help.

If the GOP doesn’t blow ’24 and the court stays the same, expect SCOTUS to rule IAW Bruen. How much injustice will be done in the meantime, and how many won’t be able to afford to challenge the unlimited tax plunder resources of the state?

Florida court drops case against Boston Heights police chief after alleged victim dies [More]

I thought in criminal cases the crime was against the state. I mean, charges are generally “People vs…., ” aren’t they, and they already have sworn depositions and police reports for evidence…?

With this rationale, all you have to do is kill your victim so he can’t testify.

We’re the Only Ones Disinterested Enough

As for Lozano… he says he called 911 but was surprised the police never showed up. “I dialed 911, called the operator, explained to the operator what had just happened… she said ‘OK,’ put me on hold, they transferred me to the non-emergency number, which I was there for almost 45 minutes.” He even called his local LAPD station and left a message. “They have a recording, I left the recording on the machine, explained who I was, what the situation was, and I haven’t heard a call back from anybody. [From video here]

Dial 911 and what…?

He’d have heard back if he’d done this, especially if he’d hit one.

And look who’s being primed to wear the crown.

We’re the Only Ones Gangsta Enough

Incoming Assn. of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs board member Jason Zabala previously described his tattoo under oath, saying it depicted a skeleton in a cowboy hat with a smoking rifle and the number 140. He called the stark combination of imagery a “station tattoo,” but others described it as the symbol of a deputy gang known as the Regulators. [More]

We’re the Only Ones Schooling Enough

[A] former Moss Point school resource officer was arrested and charged with sex crimes…. Sheriff John Ledbetter says 38-year-old Isaiah Thomas Hayes is accused of three counts of sexual battery and one count of enticing a child for sexual purposes. Sheriff Ledbetter says the alleged crimes occurred from August of this year until the end of October. [More]

Well, that’s creepy

In fairness, the victim being 17 doesn’t excuse him but does change date night dinner options.

And also in fairness, that he’s the second one makes it fair to wonder about more

We’re the Only Ones Corrupt Enough

An Indiana judge unsealed court records on Tuesday that show how investigators built a case against a former police chief now facing 17 felony charges… His warrant shows he’s charged with two counts of bribery, five counts of fraud, four counts of official misconduct, three counts of theft and three counts of ghost employment. Location, Location, Location!

Received via email from WarOnGuns Correspondent Wynn A:

The sentiment of gun owners seems to be if it isn’t ‘registered’ the powers that be don’t know about it. Fools errand. As witnessed with Katrina the goons will go door to door and forcibly search all buildings. The citizens of New Orleans went along with this outlandish conduct. Will today’s Americans do the same?

By the time they’re at your door, it’s too late.

Depending on the area, I have a feeling that if this starts in any significant numbers, many confiscators will end up more concerned about what’s coming to their door.

Left Unsaid

My guess is that potentially one or more of the three perpetrators either brandished a weapon or holding some type of weapon that may have been used as a weapon and the agent felt in danger of his life and or his partner’s in and around the area. [More]

Then why wouldn’t that be their main talking point from the start?

Also, I’d tell Genius here that feds aren’t exempt from the laws where they are, but he’s a perpetual troll, and we know what makes them tick, so it’s best not to reward him with feedback. It is revealing though, that he defends such lethal force against citizens. What a sad life, to have nothing better to do with it.
