  1. A person can be taken to a quarantine camp with no evidence they have been exposed or infected?

    Sounds like the perfect way to ensure they become both.

    Then again, this is the same state that forced nursing homes to accept infected patients, guaranteeing everyone else would get sick, and no doubt increasing the number of deaths.
