Former Dauphin County police chief stole 3 guns, nearly $100K from his department: prosecutors [More]
They had me at vision and values.
A crazed attorney from Austin, Texas, was caught on camera allegedly trying to shoot his ex-girlfriend at the bar she worked at on Saturday, police said. Gavin Rush, 41, is out on bond after he allegedly stormed into the Anderson Mill Pub with a gun around 11:30 a.m. [More]
I’m sure they took his gun, so he’s obviously no longer a threat to anyone.

‘Philadelphia is a war zone’: Moment thug casually strolls up to parking officer and shoots him in the head in broad daylight in Dem-led city [More]
Those damn “greatest threat” white Christian nationalist supremacists ruin everything, don’t they?
Tell me this isn’t the best argument for disarming them you’ve ever seen.

“Make that white boy check in…Make Taylor Swift check in,” said White in an interview in which he calls out the Houston check in. “Why the n***gas have to check in Mr. Prince, Mob Ties?…you don’t make the police check in…You are just making your people check in. That ain’t how the mob works. They make everybody pay a price…that’s why I don’t respect it.” [More]
So roaches check in or they don’t check out?
How about NOBODY pays travel extortion and if any roaches try to collect it they get squashed? Alternatively, avoid Democrat oothecae in the first damn place.

America’s gun epidemic is deadlier than ever, and there are vast disparities in who’s dying [More]
Lemme guess: No one is being murdered by NRA members?
And that which the left would have us believe results from “systemic racism” is actually a result of that other buzzword they throw out to justify more deaths, “choice”?

White supremacist rhetoric online, including the promotion of racist conspiracy theories, has been linked to Gendron and his motive behind the Buffalo attack… [More]
The goal here is not just to disarm the citizenry– it is to reduce allowed speech to that which won’t trigger the lowest common denominator sociopaths, meaning to eliminate any but approved speech. It’s the same crap the Bloombergians are pulling on Daniel Defense.
I don’t suppose it’s in anyone in power’s interests to focus instead on those who can’t be trusted with words…?

Four people, including teenagers, were shot during a home invasion in DeKalb County on Friday, authorities said… The victims were identified as Jacqueze Grier (23), Taneaious McCune (18), and a 15-year-old minor. [More]
But wait, like the old ShamWow “infomercials” used to say, there’s more!
A 17-year-old is dead and two children are wounded after a shooting at a candlelight vigil for a shooting victim in DeKalb County, police said… Police said that the candlelight vigil was being held for 18-year-old Taneaious McCune, who was killed on Friday night near Gresham Park in an attempted home invasion.
Yep, no doubt about it. The problem is the guns.
At least that’s the line Raphael and the Idiot Moms are selling.

Ex-Virginia trooper dies in shootout after killing family of teen he had catfished, police say – Before he drove away with the girl, police believe, he set a fire at the home where her grandparents and mother were found slain. The teen is in protective custody. [More]
I didn’t even know what that term all the “news” stories are freely throwing out meant, and in this account, you have to make it all the way down to the next to the last paragraph to find it’s pretending to be someone you’re not. I still don’t understand the connection with the term, and this hardly helps.
If you think about it though, adopting a fake persona to lure others into trusting you is what being a provocateur/CI is all about, so maybe that’s what we should start calling them. I’m not late with that, am I?
In this rabid mutt’s case, it would be interesting to find out how much of that he learned on the job, and now that he’s dead, opening his files to find out what his employers knew, when they knew it, and why he’s an “ex” could be instructive.

[T]wo groups of people who had earlier been engaged in a bar argument that spilled out on the street before shots were fired … the deputy showed he was armed and that another man drew a gun and began to fire at the deputy. Police said officers ordered everyone to drop their weapons. One man, later identified as Caselnova, repeatedly refused to comply before officers opened fire…[More]

The Las Vegas Democrat who is accused of fatally stabbing a journalist who exposed his martial affair was allegedly told by his mistress that photos revealing their tryst were set to come out hours before the killing. [More]
But he seemed so “reasonable”…
In retrospect, it hardly seems surprising that a gun-grabbing Democrat’s own family couldn’t trust him.

The store’s owner Marcy Landolfo said that after 15 break-ins over the last year and a half, the business can’t survive the financial burdens the crimes have cost the shop. [More]
So, Marcy… if I made a bet that you’re a Democrat with “progressive” sympathies who favors “commonsense gun safety laws,”, would I lose?

Maybanks and Johnson County Attorney Janet Lyness agreed that the increases in gun charges are attributed to gun law changes — such as that carry permits are no longer required in Iowa. Maybanks acknowledged that individuals have a constitutional right to carry a firearm, but if they have been convicted of a felony or use the gun illegally, they have no such right. [More]
So leaving aside the obvious for a moment, how does permitless carry change any of that?
Oh, it doesn’t?
Then why would Janet say that?
Great job there just parroting and not questioning that, “authorized journalist” Trish Mehaffey!

NYC bill preventing landlords from performing criminal background checks gains traction – New York City Mayor Eric Adams has suggested he supports the legislation [More]
Seeing as how the vast majority of people this will affect vote Democrat, I say go for it. Maybe force landlords to offer preferential discounts to them because they’ve been socially disenfranchised…
How do you like that Eric now, Tucker?
