Dade Phelan Doubles Down on Meme Regulation Bill Despite First Amendment Concerns [More]

What’s curious is Phelan was “rated 100% by NRA [and] Texas Rifle and Pistol Association” yet Democrats he included in his “leadership circles” and appointed to powerful committee positions, despite Republican objections, were big Kamala Harris boosters.

Our “gun rights leaders” do us no favors by giving ratings that ignore what candidates do to undermine their “good” votes.

Hence the “single issue” sellout.

Stoking the flames of racial hatered while disarming the “law-abiding”: There’s a winning combination. You’d think for someone so concerned with greenhouse gas emissions, she wouldn’t surround herself with cows. It’s probably a good thing that photo was taken outdoors.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) has introduced the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act Jurisdiction Act, which protects law-abiding American firearm manufacturers and sellers by creating an independent basis for removing frivolous lawsuits against them to federal court, especially those predicated on illegal use of their products by unrelated third parties. That’s because “because the PLCAA does not contain an independent basis for removal to federal court, state courts must look to the federal question jurisdiction statute (28 U.S.C. 1331) triggering the ‘well-pled complaint rule.’”
