Larry Ellison Predicts a Future Surveillance State, where AI will Keep Police and CITIZENS on their “Best Behavior” [More]

Los Angeles should tell the Philospher Kings everything they need to know about how easy it is to burn their world to the ground.

If he persists, I may just transfer some funds from tech stocks to a more basic commodity

Meanwhile, Across the Pond

Yvette Cooper, the home secretary, said it was “a total disgrace” that Axel Rudakubana was “easily able to order a knife on Amazon” despite being aged 17 and having a conviction for violence. It is illegal to sell knives to under-18s. [More]

The stupid slag would mandate limiting non-governmental humanity to pre-Neanderthal technology.

I would not die for these people so would therefore be against any American being sent to die for these people.

The Benevolent Dictator

The Archivist of the United States, charged with officially publishing ratified amendments, has confirmed that the ERA was not ratified and based that analysis on binding legal precedent. There is no 28th Amendment. [More]

So if his handlers can just declare it’s “the law of the land” in violation of the Constitution, at what point do we have not just the right, but the duty to rebel?

Meanwhile, Across the Pond…

They’re oblivious to what unforgiveable Nazis deserving of being chased away howling they are, aren’t they?

My Mom always wondered what it was her kid brother died for.

Why are we still committed to defending this tyranny again…? I’d not only not die for these people, I wouldn’t even send them a gun.

Montenegro Considers ‘Complete’ Gun Ban After 12 Shot Dead [More]

You know what? Montenegro? I don’t give a damn. Let ’em. Fools.

And you know going after the “illegal” ones means they’re mostly going to persecute nonviolent citizens who want to protect themselves in spite of all the bull$h!+ restrictions.

Unsecuring the Blessings of Liberty

Because alleged domestic abusers pose a clear threat of violence, the measure is constitutional under the high court’s United States v. Rahimi ruling, Judge Jerry E. Smith said for the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. [More]

If they’re “alleged,” that hasn’t been proven and depriving them of their rights is tyranny.

If it has been proven that they pose a clear threat, leaving them free to victimize is unconscionable.

Any government that would do this to its citizens has delegitimized itself.

Three Thousand Tyrants

With ‘the best friend gun owners have ever had in the White House’ to return, gun-safety groups eye state level actions [More]

Everybody remembers the Benjamin Martin quote, right?

Which is exactly why this needs to be a priority:

Imagine now the Department of Justice under an actual Second Amendment advocate, and what it could do fighting infringements and prohibitionist lawfare waged by states with unlimited tax war chests in tandem with Astroturf prohibitionist groups funded by antigun elites. Right now, the costs to defend against these innumerable assaults on all levels are borne by gun rights groups and members of mostly modest means who can only support a fraction of what is needed. That equation could be turned on its head.

If it’s not, we’ll know our best friend conned us and our “gun rights leaders” never asked him for it.

Know the Enemy

Spetsnaz, Russian Mercenaries, and American Commandoes in Syria [More]

Dr. Miguel Faria give us an excerpt from his book Stalin, Mao, Communism, and the 21st Century Aftermath in Russia and China.

As an aside because this made me think of it, war on home turf is not the romantic stuff of fiction, anonymous keyboard commandos boldly calling for CW2 notwithstanding. I believe the reason we have not seen it here –yet — is because the Second Amendment is working, not just against individual predators, but on a societal level. As Thomas Paine observed:

[A]rms, like law, discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property… Horrid mischief would ensue were one-half the world deprived of the use of them…

Our duty is to keep that horrid mischief from taking over. And rejecting the peaceable means bequeathed to us by the Founders that we yet have and doing nothing but rattling sabers and complaining undermines that.

We’re the Only Ones Tactical Enough

U.S. Forest Service (USFS) special agent Travis Lunders arrived at their ranch without warning, armed and in full tactical gear, to serve the couple separate grand jury indictments. [More]

Let’s make it about Travis.

And let’s keep an eye on who Trump appoints to take over USFS, and which prosecutions are in order.
