Meant to Be an Example

Jessica, a US veteran, was found guilty in November on crimes she never committed. The corrupt DC Judge would not allow Jessica or her fellow defendants to cross-examine the fraudulent fed informants who lied about her during trial. Now Jessica sits in prison for crimes she never committed. [More]

The harshness of punishment is proportional to the amount of fear corrupt rulers have of those who demand their birthright of freedom.

It’d sure be nice if noisemaking Republicans made finding out who “1%watchdog” is a priority.

You Had Me at ‘SS’

According to the TSA, any passenger with the four-letter code on their boarding pass can be swabbed for the residue of illegal substances, such as drugs or explosives. Those passengers will also face additional questioning about travel plans and previous trips. The special security measures that come with an SSSS code can add an additional hour to the security check process. [More]

Tell me THAT’s not a loophole “we” should close!

I wonder if Mad Maxie will be our inquisitor…

A Plan Comes Together

“This is hilarious. The boss of Raytheon, one of the US top weapons manufacturers, says the company has ‘several thousand suppliers in China and decoupling . . . is impossible.’” [More]

Say, gang, I’ve got a swell idea! Let’s force that same dependency on America’s entire supply chain!

Any questions about why those bringing this about, like their masters, don’t want us armed?

Hey, who’s up for dying for “gun-free” Taiwan?

Speaking of Sending Hither Swarms of Officers to Harass Our People…

During my visit to Highwood Creek Outfitters, I learned that the IRS confiscated all the 4473 forms from the store. This means that the sensitive personal information of any customer ever to purchase a firearm at Highwood Creek Outfitters is now in the hands of the IRS. These background check forms include no financial information, and there is no discernable reason why the IRS would need these forms. The IRS committed an egregious breach of privacy for Montana’s gun owners, and I am outraged that the agents involved showed no regard for federal law. Although there are still some murky details regarding the events at Highwood Creek Outfitters. There is no circumstance in which 4473’s would be necessary in an investigation spearheaded by the IRS. I guess seizing records outright beats taking pictures with their phones. Funny, how this most significant piece of information got buried until the end of the “news” account

That’s One Less Obstacle for the Totalitarians to Overrun

It’s about official as it can get. Senate Minority Leader Tim Knopp has made a deal with the Democrats and you are on the chopping block. Personally made firearms will be banned under Knopp’s sell out and while there is some talk of getting something on the record that it will not apply to AR style uppers, we have no reason to think they are actually going to change the language of the bill to clarify that. [More]

Yeah, throw the circling jackals a scrap of flesh. That’ll make ’em go away!

Two from Gunpowder Magazine

Colleague José Niño examines the varied and in-your-face ways states are getting away with undermining the right to keep and bear arms and gets some quotes from one of my favorite people along the way…

Low-Hanging Fruit Hunt

As former President Donald Trump prepares for his upcoming court appearance in Florida on Tuesday, FBI agents across the country are actively looking for possible ‘domestic terror threats,’ according to a CNN report citing law enforcement sources. This follows reports that pro-Trump groups are making plans to travel to Miami to show their support for the former President as he faces bogus federal charges in the classified documents case. And guess who they’re coordinating with.

We’re the Only Ones Following Orders Enough

Why do they do it? Human weakness. Most have invested in their shabby careers. Most are eying pensions. They go along. They follow orders. And if you think that, given the order and the chance, they will not pull a trigger for the ruling class, well, I have a burnt patch of Texas dirt to sell you. Cheap. [More]

Now let’s all us good “conservatives” bemoan the weight of the badge

Triple Con

Neocons in the 80s and 90s used to warn people off of the CoS rout always bringing up the runaway convention argument. Amendments proposed by the CoS still have to be ratified by 38 states, thus killing worries for runaway conventions. We all know congress will NEVER vote to limit themselves, so lets try a CoS. We are already quickly headed down the path the late great Mike Vanderboegh warned us about repeatedly. [More]

I’d be careful about invoking Vanderboegh’s name to make your case.

As for the “38 states” redirect/deferral, I see nobody’s considering what’s happening all around us, every day, with no end in sight…

Newsom Goes Full Orwell with 28th Amendment to Gut 2nd

In other words, they’ll be able to enact any damn ban they want to, up to and including a total prohibition on “civilians” owning guns… [More]

But “no one’s talking about taking your guns,” right?

The War on Truth

This war directed against Americans’ minds has been raging for quite some time. What is different today is its pace and brazenness. Lies about Russia collusion, COVID, vaccine effectiveness, climate change, Biden family corruption, impartial justice, biological sex, American history, border security, debt sustainability, crime rates, gun safety, banking solvency, military engagements, racial disparities, religious doctrine, Western civilization, childhood development, healthy obesity, government surveillance, hydrocarbon energy, human slavery, acclaimed literature, anthropology — no topic is off limits for those who manipulate the public for a living. At least we know which master they serve.
