We are Controlling Transmission

The New Civil Liberties Alliance, the Attorney General of Missouri, and the Attorney General of Louisiana, have filed a lawsuit that blows the lid off a sprawling federal censorship regime that will shock the conscience of Americans. The joint statement on discovery disputes in the lawsuit, State of Missouri ex rel. Schmitt, et al. v. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., et al., reveals scores of federal officials across at least eleven federal agencies have secretly communicated with social-media platforms to censor and suppress private speech federal officials disfavor. This unlawful enterprise has been wildly successful. [More]

A Justice Department that wasn’t a prime violator would make this a top priority. That it won’t tells us much.

Witness for the Prosecution

Donald Wynn Williams, a mixed martial arts fighter who witnessed the murder of George Floyd and later testified in former police officer Derek Chauvin’s trial, has been charged with domestic assault after allegedly attempting to strangle his ex-girlfriend and hitting her in the face after an argument near the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. [More]

Being from the demographic the narrative proclaims to be sexist, racist, violent, and just plain most dangerous, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done that to the Missus…

And it’s not because I’ve lost count.

We’re the Only Ones Foggy Enough

Police have used “Fog Reveal” to search hundreds of billions of records from 250 million mobile devices, and harnessed the data to create location analyses known among law enforcement as “patterns of life,” according to thousands of pages of records about the company. [More]

Add that to this and welcome to Surveillance Nation!

Hey, if you’re not doing anything wrong, you shouldn’t have anything to hide. Besides, what could go wrong?

Funny, how the economic fascist profiteers behind this keep a personal low profile… The VA State Corporation Commission wasn’t any help either.

Rope-a-Dope

The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) and Defense Distributed have teamed up to sue the State of California over its ban on CNC machines used for producing unserialized firearms and a law letting the State recover attorney fees from plaintiffs and their lawyers. [More]

You get the feeling that the state, with virtually unlimited resources, is forcing the gun groups to expend all of theirs on lawsuit after lawsuit, counting on exhausting and wearing them out until they’ve got nothing left to punch with.

I found myself channeling Gary Coleman over this so found it advisable to post GOA’s latest email over at my WarOnGuns Placeholder blog because I don’t see it on their site yet.

A Rank Choice

Democrat Mary Peltola has defeated former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin in an Alaska special general election to fill the remainder of former Rep. Don Young’s term in Congress, according to ranked-choice voting results announced in the state on Wednesday. [More]

Ranked choice? How does that work?

And who’s the Republican genius on board with that?

Which is how this A-rater and this A-rater have helped advance a gun-grabber Fudd!

‘No Orangeman Ever Brought Down My Property Values!’ *

Because if someone is raised hardcore Catholic, it’s like they’re brainwashed. You can never change their mindset. [More]

Ah, Opposite Day “progressive” tolerance and inclusiveness. Still, with examples like Biden, Pelosi, Maloney… I’m wondering if he might not be on to something…

Meet the New Boss. Same as the Old Boss.

Chicago Alderman Raymond Lopez is a Democrat running to unseat Mayor Lori Lightfoot… [Watch]

So he’s pro-illegals and anti-gun.  This will change what, aside from the balance of power between gangs?

Forget it, Jake. It’s ChiTown.

Where Credit is Due

Democrats send letter to company offering buy now, pay later firearms financing – Lawmakers told Credova Financial of Montana they are concerned its deferred-payment plans could potentially fuel gun violence. [More]

Legal businesses, legal practices, absolutely no tie-in with the criminal subculture enabled and propagated by collectivist diktats and controls…

The grabbers keep looking for a new way in.

Just once I’d like to see a CEO with the guts to tell these communist publicity whores to go f*** themselves in no uncertain terms.

With RINO-Republicans Like Ohio’s Matt Dolan, Who Needs Democrats?

Why would he invent such a ludicrous Constitutionally and historically unsupportable and offensive restriction? [More]

Gun owners voting for overt enemies like Dolan just because they’re not Democrats signal to other Republicans how much they can expect to get away with.

Delay of Game Sitrep

Remember when I said I had a convergence of circumstances affecting my availability to post here and to correspond?

And then when I said I’d be on limited duty as circumstances allowed?

My first post of the day coming in the afternoon is a pretty good indicator of those limitations. Sorry if you took the time to send me something and I end up not being able to get to it for consideration. That’s likely to continue for a while.

I have an article to publicize and then I’ll get to what I can.

Like I said, life, huh?
