Chips Off the Old Block

March for Our Lives has been rocked by divisions, layoffs, and — most recently — a lawsuit alleging racism and retaliation. [More]

That’s pretty rich, considering the views of the racist their funding comes from:

“Bloomberg claimed that 95 percent of murders fall into a specific category: male, minority and between the ages of 15 and 25. Cities need to get guns out of this group’s hands and keep them alive, he said.”

Let’s see if Facebook lets this stay up:

Slow Going Ahead

I’ve got a Dr. appointment for a medical checkup and an article to work on when I get back, so please hold off on news tips and understand if I can’t get to what’s been sent in so far since yesterday.

Back when I can be…

For Whom the Bell Tolls

Bryan Kohberger, the former criminology Ph.D. student who killed four University of Idaho undergrads in a 4 a.m. home invasion ambush, is complaining to prison guards that other inmates are threatening to sexually assault him and pleading for a transfer to another wing of the prison, according to a new report. [More]

While I understand why some are inclined to gladly view a tortured, terrified soul as fitting karma, and actual victimization as justice, think it through– those providing compulsory custodial care have an obligation to ensure the safety of their charges. I’d like to see a duty to protect, with real and personal legal consequences for exploitation, negligence, deliberate indifference, and failure. Because it could be you or me in gen pop for getting caught defying a “gun charge” or defending ourselves against a raging, out of control “Only One.”

The fact that inmate endangerment of assault, rape, and murder, is not only an issue, but a universal expectation, tells us much about the corruption and incompetence characteristic of total government control.

Speaking of Making Us All Look Bad

Santa Barbara City Employee Arrested on Drug, Gun, and Child Pornography Charges… Aldrich is also the current board president of the Winchester Canyon Gun Club. [More]

Nice final touch with the “45/47” shirt…

Yes, guilty until proven innocent, but if the former, we have to be the ones demanding to hang him higher — on everything but the gun charges — than anyone.

Jeez, and the cock hasn’t even crowed once

And to think Prags used to accuse me or Mike of making us all look bad for calling out rights rapists and insisting on “shall not be infringed” with consequences for violations…

Meanwhile, Over at the Religion of Peace…

You’re a monster, and I can’t believe you’re my dad,” the daughter told her father during her victim impact statement, the outlet reported. “How could you call yourself a father… you tried to kill me! My dad tried to kill me with his own hands”… Addressing her mother, she added, “My mom saw me almost pass away right in front of her own eyes and didn’t help me at all, didn’t say if I was OK… didn’t even try to be there for me.” [More]

And remember, our diversity is our strength!

Ask any Democrat woman or George W. Bush.

It’s a Big Club and You Ain’t In It

JD Vance went from calling President Trump “a literal Hitler,” to appreciating Trump’s incredible leadership, a remarkable shift in opinion. [More]

Yeah, some of us kinda noticed that.:

“Senate hopeful J.D. Vance apologizes for criticizing Trump as ‘reprehensible’ in deleted tweets,” CNN reported. “Vance wrote in 2016 that he would not vote for Trump in the presidential election and instead] support Evan McMullin, a former CIA operations officer who ran as an independent.”… in 2020, McMullin endorsed open borders, pathway-to-citizenship gun-grabber Joe Biden.

What JD sincerely believes and what his benefactors want him to advocate are problematic to discern.

To Their Credit

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) under Director Russ Vought on Tuesday closed a Biden-era investigation against Credova, a subsidiary of Public Square that provides consumer financing for firearms, believing this is yet another example of weaponization of government that the Trump administration hopes to end, Breitbart News has learned exclusively. Meet the New Boss…

In Gun Owners of America’s (GOA) ongoing case challenging the Biden administration’s “zero tolerance” policy, which implemented stringent standards for federal firearms dealers that enabled licenses to be revoked over paperwork errors, the government does not intend to change its position, according to GOA’s Tuesday filing exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. But…but…but…

Anyone surprised?

Besides the gun groups?

Here Come the Judge

We agree with the District Court that the Plaintiffs’ individual-capacity claims are barred by absolute judicial immunity. We further conclude that Article III’s case-or-controversy requirement bars official-capacity claims under § 1983 against state court judges who rule on firearms license applications under New York state law. Affirmed. [More]

Since when do there have to be?

So… the resentment/entitlement monster you guys have been nurturing is coming for you?

All it will do from this point is grow.

Survey SAYS…

A 2025 nationally representative survey conducted by researchers at the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions found wide support for gun violence prevention policies across political lines and among both gun owners and non-owners. [More]

And if you can’t believe Bloomberg-funded gunquacks, who can you believe?

What can I say but Johns Hopkins…?

Told ya they’d be back for more.
