We’re not “trying” to do anything but contextualize the propaganda with reality. It just happens to be the case, and since Tim brought up essentially gun-free countries like Japan, perhaps he could explain the comparable statistically insignificant “gun crime” rates and numbers by, say, millions of NRA, GOA, and SAF members, the most heavily armed and peaceable civilan population on the planet.

These bylaw changes removed the republic-like representation that members had on the Foundation board. Since these changes were never made public, what’s that say to the donor who thought their money would be looked after at the Foundation by mostly NRA directors? (At least one donor did ask the Foundation about bylaw changes and who serves as trustees on the Foundation board prior to this lawsuit was filed and that donor/NRA member was ignored.) [More]
If this in-your-face transparency obstruction doesn’t bother you, go ahead and support them. You know what they say.
They’re incoporated in DC, which does not require Bylaws to be filed.
IRS does, however, albeit “they may only represent the original version filed at that time,” meaning changes may not be accessible. I’d suggest filing one of these just in case, but this is John’s story, I don’t want to step on toes, and for all I know he did and I missed where he reported on that.

Alluded to in the conversation between Judge Nap and the professor is a concern I’ve had from Day One– that the Iranian masses don’t have the will and the wherewithal to replace their regime, thinking we can do it for them is an invitation to disaster, that what they would replace it with has never been identified, and that Reza Pahlavi is the wrong horse to back.
It does kind of raise some questions for those who maintain millions of hard core gun owners would have no chance against a gun-confiscating government. If an ostensibly omnipotent military can’t bring the Iranians to heel, what makes people think they could do it here, where “We are everywhere“?

Michigan Sheriff Michael J. Bouchard … arrested a man who posted a meme about him and the sheriff said the man was “trying to threaten and intimidate” with the meme. He then stated the 1st Amendment makes people “feel empowered, emboldened, and safe,” so he had to teach the public a lesson. [Watch]

Funny, how he had no scratches on his face, she didn’t file a police report, and she “had contact with Harvey Weinstein in the months and years following the 2005 incident [because] she maintained a business relationship because he was a powerful figure in the industry, and she was trying to pretend nothing had happened”.
I’m hardly an apologist for that pig Harvey, but I don’t believe a word that comes out of this self-serving opportunist’s mouth, and think she and Gavin deserve each other.
No wonder they’re so against traditional observed American faith, morality, and freedom.
