Not. Gonna. Happen.

Abolish the ATF?: Rep. Burlison wants to eliminate ‘disaster agency’ he says has been violating 2nd Amendment- Rep. Eric Burlison plans to introduce a measure that then-Rep. Matt Gaetz previously put forward in 2023 [More]

Without abolishing the “laws” it enforces, we’d just be kicking the can down the road and into potentially worse hands.

Besides, thanks to Vichycon gun-grabbers, it’ll never even make it out of the House. And what do you think Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins will have to say about it in the Senate?

A Model Prisoner

The New York Post reported that Romero had been released from jail only four days before this incident. Authorities told the Post that Romero had been “freed on Nov. 14 after serving just half his 50-day indecent exposure sentence due to ‘good behavior.’” [More]

Yeah, because if he’d tried that $h!+ there they’d have shivved his smirking punk @$$.

How much louder and clearer can some people make it that they can never be trusted without a custodian?

Talking the Walk

So they “grill” her and she tells them what they want to hear so they can make excuses for her… what will that prove?

Words are words and actions are actions.

We’re the Only Ones Equipped Enough

Officer Wounded After NYC Shootout Leaves ‘Career Criminal’ Dead … Worthy “had 17 priors including murder,” “was on lifetime parole for firearms possession,” and was just released last last week after being arrested on drug charges and for resisting arrest. [More]

I guess ordinary “law-abiding” New Yorkers kept unarmed by the same sytsem that releases caught predators back among them are lucky there was an “Only One” nearby.

We’re the Only Ones Consensual Enough

Today, the Department of Justice suspended the Drug Enforcement Administration’s controversial practice of having agents intercept travelers, interrogate them, and insist on searching their bags in what the agency calls “consensual encounters.” [More]

The government sure has a funny way of carrying out its mandate “to secure the Blessings of Liberty”…

Chicom Community Standards

Transgender activist warns women who try to stop her using their bathroom that ‘it will be the last mistake you ever make’ in chilling video urging LGBTQ people to buy guns [More]

I guess no TikTok community standards were violated.

You know, the app owned by the Chicoms that isn’t allowed there…

Meanwhile, Facebook isn’t letting me post AmmoLand links.

They hate us because we’re free.

A Friend in Need

Schmidt said a child’s best friend could be “not human” in the future. [More]

He’s really admitting to the world he has no idea what a friend is?

But yeah, all kinds of lazy people who shouldn’t be parents and have the resources will do this to the children they don’t abort.

I wonder what kind of time bombs that will yield.

The Heckler’s Veto

It’s literally 99.9999 or something like that of the AR-15s in America will have no connection to a murder in any given year, in other words well over 99.9 % of the AR-15s in the United States will have no connection to criminality in the United States in any given year, so if you’re going to have the government ban the 99.99% of the AR-15s in the United States because of a few hundred bad apples misbehaving with AR-15s you have engaged in a violation of our constitutional rights known as the Heckler veto… [Watch]

Good points. It sounds like you could make a good case that of all the people who heard Donald Trump speak on Jan. 6, only a handful ignored his call to be peaceful and got rowdy to the point of striking out at others, and that shouldn’t abridge his First Amendment-protected rights.

As an aside, I know speaking is different thatn writing in terms of not being able to go back and edit remarks before they’re released, but I hope in the future he’s mindful to say “killed with” more and “killed by” less.
