No Noose is Good Noose?

The FBI is investigating what appears to be a noose hanging from a tree at a home in St. Charles County. [More]

Under what legitimate authority?

The guy says his kids swing on it. That seems stupid and dangerous (and possibly actionable), but even if they don’t and he means it to be what it looks like, how is having it on private property against any constitutionally valid law?

On the other hand, it seems like a great incendiary way to invite random arsonists, vandals, and attackers, which I guess brings us back full circle to the FBI.

Safety First!

A former Lyft driver appeared in St. Louis Circuit Court on Monday and admitted to the 2019 kidnapping and rape of a young woman. [More]

Thank goodness company policy protected him!

“We have a strict no-weapons policy, violation of which can result in a permanent ban from Lyft’s service,” Lyft senior manager of communications Alexandra LaManna said in an email to The Post. “The safety of the Lyft community is our top priority, and we have worked hard to implement policies and procedures to ensure its safety.”

Funny… I don’t see anything in Biden-Harris administration appointee LaManna’s LinkedIn Education and Experience profiles that show how she’s qualified to issue such a proclamation…

Could it be that “spokespeople” are just paid bull$h!++er hacks?

Kinda like someone else we know

Philadelphia Journalist Who Mocked Concern Over Violent Crime In Democrat Cities Shot Dead In Home [More]

Not really related but somehow seems apt: Years ago a friend told the story of his high school shop teacher who had lost his finger on a band saw, and when explaining to the boys in class how it happened cut off another one.

Payback

A former bodega clerk who was infamously charged with murder after fatally stabbing an attacker in his store last year in what he claimed was self-defense is suing lefty Manhattan District Attorney Alvin and the New York City Police Department for racial discrimination. [More]

Too bad he can’t sue them as individuals. Then again, New Yorkers vote for this crap.

“We will hunt the gangs, and we will defeat the gangs. We will take them to court. If they’re Swedish citizens they will be locked up for a long time in prison and if they are foreign citizens, they will also be expelled.” [More]

What percentage of “Swedish citizens” are new Swedish citizens?

At Least He Doesn’t Hit Like a Girl

The brutal beatdown captured on video shows the trans-identified student, a biological male, throwing multiple blows to the female student’s head after he violently grabbed her hair, yanked her back and forth, then knocked her down flat in the school hallway. [More]

Yet if a boy called this sadistic thug out and put him in his place he’d be charged with a hate crime.

Nobody Knows the Trouble She’s Seen?

“I can’t believe this I’m traumatized the way they treated me in the jails wow this what these people do to us black people 60!” [More]

What, they treated you like someone who can’t make her own decisions? Give one specific example of you being singled out for special discriminatory treatment by racists.

What should happen to people who steal from others and destroy their property? What should happen to people who steal from you and destroy yours?

Who will influence the influencers?

And what’s their game?

Police Shooting Victim Disputes County Attorney’s Attempt to Have Complaint Dismissed

Kloepfer’s assertions against the County Attorney’s Motion to dismiss reject his claims, citing precedents, arguing qualified immunity does not apply because “Defendant Brown published a press release he knew or should have known to be false to ‘control the narrative’ about misconduct in a malicious and corrupt manner that constituted conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice”… [More]

The defense of the indefensible continues.
