The main reason people can’t intervene is because the law requires them to be unarmed. It’s not to say tackling someone during a mag swap is impossible, just that it’s probably highly unlikely, with the odds of a convergence of “right” factors, including distance, mental state, physical ability, etc. being slim. I don’t have numbers to support my intuitive assesment, but the point is, neither does the guy arguing “public benefit.”

It’s not the first time I’ve disagreed with his opinions, but not being a professional trainer, what do I know?

According to a probable cause statement obtained by FOX 2, hundreds of children and adults attended the October 2023 trunk-or-treat event. McCulloch aggressively approached attendees and made statements like “you are all going to die” before one witness shoved him. Not to mention a proven liar, out to try and ruin lives for personal motivations that appear to reflect on him more than they do on actionable lawbreaking….

Just like what appears to be more of a smear job than investigative reporting does on Pro Publica.

It does touch on what I considered to be Oath Keepers’ greatest vulnerability: Involving itself in actions that strayed from what the controllers feared the most: its mission to educate enforcers about orders not to obey and why.

I’ll also say that some of the names I’m seeing representing new leadership were never included in the many emails I still have with old leadership.
