Here’s one example from the above-linked NBC News piece, utilizing a familiar tactic and guilt by association:

After the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, Beattie promoted the baseless claim that the FBI had planted agents in the crowd who incited it to storm the building.

The guy says his kids swing on it. That seems stupid and dangerous (and possibly actionable), but even if they don’t and he means it to be what it looks like, how is having it on private property against any constitutionally valid law?

On the other hand, it seems like a great incendiary way to invite random arsonists, vandals, and attackers, which I guess brings us back full circle to the FBI.
