Head of Group Involved in NYC’s ‘Blueprint to End Gun Violence’ Hit With Gun, Drug Charges [More]
I haven’t been this impressed with a “commonsense gun safety” advocate since Hector “Big Weasel” Marroquin…
I may just do a little digging…

Vermont Range Owner Will Wallow in State Prison Until His Range Is Torn Down [More]
Just like the Founders intended.
Writer José Niño had asked me to comment on this and I told him I would– before my descent into computer hell.
I figure the least I can do to make up for not being able to follow through is to send a few eyeballs over.
I have two small children, 3 and 5 years old. There are no circumstances under which I would ever do any kind of physical violence against another human being. Jump in front of them to act as a human shield? Sure. But I’m not throwing a punch, let alone a bullet, at a person. [More]

In his last line, Mr. Codrea seems to be skating pretty near the legal edge of making threats of violence. [More]
While checking to see how the work is propagating, I ran across this 10-year-old letter to the editor I’d never seen before.
Here’s the article he objects to.
Funny thing… he uses the exact same words to attack it CSGV did.
All the while pretending his motive is to be inviting to shooters of all stripes…
Just like the phonies at 97percent…
Wow, that was an experience. I see there’s been no shortage of prohibitionist tomfoolery in my absence.
I spent the morning writing a new article and will be doing at least one more this weekend.
I will do a few posts today and catch a few of the email tips that have come in, but please hold off on new ones until Monday.
That problem I talked about in my blog post a few entries down turned into my computer completely crapping out on me. I’m entering this from my Android phone but I can’t work like this. I bought a new computer and it will be a couple days before the techs have it ready for me. Please hold off on everything until I return.
My Adventures With the Girl kept me from giving all the tips received the attention they deserve, but because your contributions are important to me, I’m going to post later than usual tonight and try to list some of the highlights. I can’t give them each their own post where I single out what I want to call attention to and then offer a comment, so instead, I’ll just list and link the tips that stood out for me:
That’s all I got in me to do. See ya Monday.

Due to a convergence of circumstances I’ve got infant granddaughter duty today all by my lonesome and will not be able to spend time posting here. Feeding, changing, playing with, and keeping her from chewing wires and swallowing coins is a full-time job.
She knows I’m wrapped around her finger. What a sap. I love it.
At least I got my announcements done. If I can get to any of the many news tips waiting in my inbox I will try, provided naps cooperate, but otherwise, I’ll see everybody Monday.
Speaking of which, I just heard her stir.

Addressed to the Office of the Attorney General, the request notes a commitment by Biden to “consent to a permanent entry in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System such that he will be denied via NICS if he attempts to legally purchase another firearm.” [More]
Separation of powers? We ain’t got no separation of powers. We don’t need no separation of powers. I don’t have to show you any stinking separation of powers.
Anybody know what a faint, thin horizontal line that appeared in the center of my monitor across all applications today is, and how to get rid of it? I tried to take a screenshot of it but it doesn’t record. It’s not a loose cable, so is this something fixable or is my screen going?
Bowe Bergdahl’s conviction vacated by federal judge [More]
The disclosure issue is BS. Every judge out there has partisan preferences, as does every federal employee, including (and especially) Reggie Walton. I guess traitor’s gotta stick together.
He’s the same robed subversive (and Bush appointee, by the way) who understood full well that individuals were dying in D.C. but nonetheless declared the Second Amendment to be a “collective right.”

David Codrea breaks news on AAR! [Listen]
Yesterday’s program discussed the effect of the Hunter Biden plea deal implosion on my FOIA request, and a new FOIA on the FBI presuming authority to create a new class of “prohibited person.”
Last night, the House voted on the Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act, which passed 228-206. [More]
Guess who the lone Republican “Noe” came from.
As long as there’s a Democrat Senate and President, this bill’s going nowhere. Still, it may be useful to clue in voting veterans who aren’t kneejerk Democrats.

After all, the first FOIA request was initially balked at by questioning my qualifications as a journalist, then claiming no records could be found, then saying they withdrew that, and finally declaring they shouldn’t have responded at all because Biden’s privacy interests made the requested documents none of the public’s business. Now they’re saying they can’t answer the second FOIA request because of “ongoing litigation.” [More]
