The FBI arrested three men Friday in Kansas and California after they allegedly conspired to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization. I still have my differences with Smith, particularly over his unwavering defense of Trump/DOJ bipolarities and his not acknowledging that “in common use” is a two-edged sword, but his voice here, because it is louder and more far-reaching than mine, is essential and should be encouraged.
