FBI Director Christopher Wray: ‘We Don’t Monitor Protests’ [More]

We got a big win in the state of California today when a major bill, AB3067 was amended to remove nearly all original language that would have forced rental and homeowner insurance companies to report on you to the state. [Watch]
What, the one that exempted gang members…?

Brought to you by rigorous admissions and open borders.
And these guys, through commission or omission…
So DEI Greg has his crack BDTs (Blood Dance Teams) ready to deploy and set more disarmament steps in motion. That’s a plan Chris will fully embrace and enforce, especially since his guys will have had the perps on their radar, if not with embedded assets on the payroll.
After such an invited event here, who can doubt establishment Republicans will fold like a cheap suit on “assault weapons”?

UPDATE
Way past time.
Now flesh out “how.”
Look at all the defiant Americans in comments telling you in no uncertain terms that “We will not disarm.” Pass your treasonous ban and resistance will only grow stronger.
How many of your countrymen are you willing to order your enforcers to kill if they refuse to bend to your will?
A question’s no good unless you ask it.
In a late-night vote on Saturday, gun-grabbers in the Colorado House of Representatives passed three bills infringing on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. [More]
Not that “insurance” (which they call “murder insurance” if you get it on your own) will cover actual murder, or that this isn’t just a plot to harass and close down dealers, or that the real sin isn’t coveting your countrymen’s rights…
And, of course, it won’t affect this one bit, but then again, that’s never been the point.

An email I sent out this morning to my “small cadre” of advisors:
https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2024-04-19/pdf/2024-07838.pdf
“The definition of ‘to predominantly earn a profit’ now focuses only on whether the intent underlying the sale or disposition of firearms is predominantly one of obtaining pecuniary gain… ’ to define the terms ‘purchase’ and ‘sale’ as they apply to dealers to include any method of payment or medium of exchange for a firearm…”
Did they just tank anonymous “buybacks” with “no questions asked”? I know some gun owners publicize selling cheap junk for a profit… I don’t see a carve out for buybacks in the text (albeit I only did a word search and have not pored through the whole mess).
It turns out Armed Attorneys addressed that in a video Len Savage sent me the link to, along with this observation:
Fun fact: The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act was touted to close the “gun show loophole” to prevent buying a firearm without a background check,
However; There is NOTHING in the rule (based on the law passed) that effects or applies to a BUYER.
NOTHING!
Meaning it would only affect the seller of a firearm to a buyback program.
Don’t take my word on it, here are two attorneys discussing it.
The relevant section starts at 8:12:
So it looks like they outsmarted themselves, and now need to ignore their own rule.
So, every time the antis hold a buyback, why not loudly complain and warn people they’re being invited to violate “commonsense gun safety laws”?
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives 27 CFR Part 478 [Docket No. ATF 2022R–17; AG Order No. 5920–2024] RIN 1140–AA58 Definition of ‘‘Engaged in the Business’’ as a Dealer in Firearms AGENCY: Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, Department of Justice. ACTION: Final rule. [More]
I wouldn’t call it “final.”
This isn’t over by a long shot.
This is just another front in the War on Tradtional Americans.
“Faith community” my… eye.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
And not to derail more important considerations, but when I heard the line about strip clubs staying open during Covid shutdowns while everybody else was being shut down, my first thought was to wonder where they wore the masks…

What? “Include a warrant requirement for federal agencies to search U.S. citizens’ data”…?
No. Do it our way or we let the whole thing “go dark.”
Besides, we don’t negotiate with terrorists.

At that hearing, a law officer “falsely told the judge that ATF had been watching Mr. Wilson for 13 months and then listed dates the ATF falsely claimed he sold drugs. The agent also falsely told the judge that the Government had Mr. Wilson on tape committing these crimes,” the lawsuit said. [More]
We know Wilson’s name. How come we don’t know the name of the incompetent badged thug, and what’s going to happen with him?
Why only civil charges for kidnapping/hostage-taking? And why wouldn’t a citizen have the right to use all necessary force to protect himself and stop them?

Internal Documents Show FBI is Worried About White Supremacist Teaming Up With Islamic Extremists [More]
Yes, they never stopped.
As Vanderboegh reminded us, racism is collectivism. Constitutionalists judge people as individuals. That’s why we have no use for DEI and the struggle session pressure to bow down to it.
The FBI is advancing the Garland/Wray “greatest threat” meme by doing what they always do: Conflating to smear non-leftists as violent racists.
Hey, use what works.
I’m sure there’s a nexus between foreign and domestic MVEs. I’m also sure that if you look at the homegrown kind, you’ll get a nice mix of low-hanging fruit and embedded CI/provocateurs.

California law bars non-residents from carrying a gun. Does that violate the Second Amendment? [More]
No one who is not a prohibitionist would even ask.
Or as Democrat Roger Taney wrote when horrified at the prospect of Dred Scott being considered a citizen:
“It would give to persons of the negro race, who were recognised as citizens in any one State of the Union, the right to enter every other State … and to keep and carry arms wherever they went.”
Wait… that last link is from Oath Keepers…? What are racist Nazi rightwing insurrectionists doing defending rights for all…?
I looked ’em up. They’re both white.
Has anyone reported these deniers to the SPLC yet for Hatewatch inclusion, a prerequisite for a Garland/Wray “Greatest Threat” designation?

I don’t initiate force and consider myself the most peaceable of men, but every time I hear some stupid Republican politician use the term “our democracy,” I envision grabbing him by the lapels and head-butting some sense into his face.
